Administration requests approval of minor revisions to Policy 4630 Holding Office (Non-Political) and Administrative Regulation 4630-R Holding Office (Non-Political).

Administration requests approval of minor revisions to Policy 5131 Alcohol, Drugs, and Controlled Substances and adoption of information taken from Policy 5131 to separate the policy into a new regulation, Administrative Regulation 5131-R Alcohol, Drugs, and Controlled Substances.

H.   Mileage Reimbursement Rate

Administration requests approval of the new mileage reimbursement rate in accordance with Administrative Regulation 4260-R, Mileage Reimbursement, which aligns with Internal Revenue Service guidelines.

I.      Student Expulsions

Administration requests Students #24, #25, #26, #27, #28, #29, and #30 be expelled for one calendar year with early re-admittance under strict probation.
